Russell J. Stettner is the Artist and President of the studio, and his work may be appreciated in such places as the Kravis Center for Performing Arts in Palm Beach, Bank Julius Baer of Palm Beach, Knox Theological Center of Ft. Lauderdale, the Rose Institute of Ft. Lauderdale, as well as many estates and exclusive homes along Florida’s coastline.

Russell has studied in New York under Ina Brousseau Marx of The Finishing School along with Gary Finkle and Clyde Wachsberger of Tromploy, Inc. Russell’s work has been published in Architectural Digest, Florida Design Magazine, Showhouse Magazine, and Gold Coast Magazine . He is currently a member of the local chapter of the Industry Foundation of American Society of Interior Designers (ASID) since 1993.

His professional skills include:

• Glazing - a much richer finish than a typical faux finish. Developed in the fifteenth century. glazing creates beautiful nuances of color not found in ordinary paints.
• Stucco Lustro Veneziano - a technique brought from Italy consisting of layers of polished colored plaster. Stucco Veneziano creates a depth and texture unlike any other decorative finish.

• Wood Finishes – includes wood graining, wood staining, and hand-rubbed finishes
